The passive layer, end to end
Copper structured cabling
Cat 6 and Cat 6A horizontal and backbone runs, keystone and patch-panel termination to T568B, LSZH sheathing, permanent-link certification on every port.
Fibre optic
OS2 single-mode and OM3/OM4 multimode, fusion splicing, factory pigtails, ODF assembly, power-budget design and OTDR traces per strand.
Racks and cable management
19-inch floor and wall racks, unit layout with growth allowance, horizontal and vertical managers, PDU, earthing of frame and shields, airflow control.
Cable pathways
Mesh tray, ladder, trunking, conduit and underfloor systems to TIA-569-E, with correct fill ratios and separation from power.
Certification testing
Permanent link and channel testing with a calibrated Fluke DSX-8000. Full per-port report with margin figures, not just a pass mark.
Documentation and maintenance
As-built drawings, TIA-606-C labelling, port schedules, single-line rack drawings and annual support contracts.
